I can go into some spiritual slumps that’s for sure… In church, outta church. Solid teaching. Distorted teaching…Televangelists galore.. One just never know’s what’s up…
Or course the Bible stands on it’s own… With or without peoples interpretations which are often so conflicting.. Read the Book…
These verses of the day speak to my broken heart (and soul) God’s word helps me to remember Him and not take him for granted… He never gives up on me… In spite of myself. And my wickedness…

I believe with all my heart…But can I let go? Or is he simply holding on to me or “carrying” me as the “footprints” poem reads.
There is still crappy stuff in my life… It’s a battle that is already won. I just wish I could open myself more to His power of change.

A lot of Christiandom are alwyas wondering if they are going to “make it” to heaven. This was very true back in the old days especially in my Church of Christ upbringing… They thought the were the only one’s going…But were not sure if they would make it themselves…
Perhaps one might forget to confess a certain sin that they commited earlier in the day and forgot about. Or worse…Be doing something on a daily basis that is blantently against God’s law.
Those Christians are a bunch of hyprocrites… Indeed… What I don’t want to do I do anyways… Hyprocrites yes… And there’s always room for another… Join up!

Let not your tongue be forked with poisonous venom as that from a serpent’s fangs. For the tongue is the m ost difficult to be tamed. Shall one tongue speak unjust words in one breath and praise in another? Let it be the love of the Lord that shall bring peace to man’s emotions and harmonic holiness to the body which is Christ. Love …not judge.

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. I Corth 6: 9
No longer shall there be the “exploition” and or ”prostitution” of God’s people be tolerated upon the streets of this world. No longer shall the temples of God be “sold”, nor the body of Christ be manipulated by the world’s systems for the ”pleasures of mankind”.
The body of Christ is a sacred temple, one created in the holy image of the Father Almighty not to be laid upon the “beds of man”, but created in freedom to enter into the inner private chambers of the Lord in the pure “nakedness of His truths” with out shame or despair. For the body which is part of one body in Christ is not to be negotiated.

I still have the problem of wanting everything my way. And my way is usually contrary to God’s way…Which is always the right way.
I need to get over this “Burger King” mentality and go to Arby’s for something different… Different is good..And God is good.

An eye for an eye…A tooth for a tooth. But the new testament says love your enemies… How do you do that? It’s easy… Just remove the beam from your own eye before getting the speck out of your brother’s eye.
